We advise on full spectrum of banking & corporate debt, structured finance, syndicated loans, guarantee facilities, project finance across all sectors, real finance including structured lending, secured property lending and property securitization, asset and trade finance, debt restructuring and re-ﬁnancing, including corporate debt restructuring, asset reconstruction and schemes of arrangement.
The Firm has been involved in advising the Government of India on creating the secured transactions framework in the country. A senior partner of the firm drafted the IFC-CERSAI Legal Working Group Report based on which the SARFAESI was amended in 2016. The Firm is involved in setting up of the Central Registry in India.
